Salted Chicken...

in hokkien :' iam kei'... means salted chicken.. It's one of Ipoh famous food.. we went there just for fun though with my family and my uncle's family... we took off in the morning... yeah right.. we went there in cars.. a couple of cars.. went to have some food and bought some back too.. nice foods.. although it's quite different there.. (I mean the food.. blah)..

~ the way to cook the slted chicken ~

they have done cooking it and wrap it in some sort of paper.. and flip them..

.. covering it with crystal salt... to make it salty..
